Joint Session Between the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization and the Administrative Vice-Chancellor of Mohaghegh Ardebili University on Cooperation for the Eastern Human Rights Conference

A joint session was held between the Director General of Academic and Scientific Cooperation of the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization and the Administrative and Financial Vice-Chancellor of Mohaghegh Ardebili University to explore opportunities for collaboration.

This session, convened on Sunday, November 30, 2024 (corresponding to Azar 11, 1403), at the Directorate-General for the Development of Academic and Scientific Cooperation of the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization, focused on discussions regarding areas of mutual interest and cooperation.

 Participants in the session included Dr. Mohammad Ali Rabbani, Director General of Academic and Scientific Cooperation of the Organization; Dr. Taghi Akbari, Administrative and Financial Vice-Chancellor of Mohaghegh Ardebili University; Dr. Hossein Mohseni, Student Affairs Manager at the University; and Dr. Amir Rezaei Panah, representing the Directorate-General for Academic and Scientific Cooperation.

Key topics of discussion included collaboration in the Eastern Human Rights Summit, the Islamic New Civilization Festival, the Conference of Directors of Research Centers and Islamic Studies, the International Congress on Iranian Studies, opportunities for scholarships and academic grants, the exchange of faculty members and students, facilitation of the internationalization of dissertations, organization of short-term training programs, and sending university delegations to various countries to promote and introduce the university and its potential for joint scientific activities.

It was mutually agreed during the session that a one-day workshop on conceptual aspects of Eastern Human Rights will be hosted by Mohaghegh Ardebili University in the second week of January 2025 (corresponding to Day 1403).
